The origins of TAK Umweltservice lie in oil and container technology. In 1967, TAK-Tank und Korrosionsschutz GmbH was founded as a medium-sized family business in Norderstedt near Hamburg. The clear concept, the qualified employees and new process technologies in the field of tank protection and tank inspection showed immediate success, so that the initially regional business was gradually expanded to cover the whole of Germany. At the same time, TAK Umweltservice GmbH expanded the business to include other services relating to systems, containers and tanks. In addition, TAK has accepted and mastered the many challenges and fundamental upheavals in the industry that have arisen as a result of a completely changed environmental awareness.
